I'm putting together a little judging committee for the contest mentioned above.   It'll compose of around ten people who will all contribute to picking winners. To be considered for it, please note the group.   A couple of requirements though. You must have been a member for at least two weeks, you must have contributed to the group in some way before, and you must donate a prize to the contest, be it points, a feature, a poem, etc. Simple enough, no? So, note the group stating you'd like to join up and cross your fingers!

I thought this blogette could use some fun and jazzing up. So, in every blogette, I'll give readers a riddle and those who are able to solve it without using the internet will have their names published in here, along with a maximum ten word message message. You cannot use the internet to get the answer. (I know, scary thought.) You can get help people you know, books, etc. I'll just be going on the honor code though 'cause I trust you guys. We'll start off with a hard riddle. Ya ready? Here you go!


There are 5 houses in 5 different colors
In each house lives a person with a different nationality
These 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet
No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar or drink the same drink.
Here's the question: Who owns the fish?
The Brit lives in a red house
The Swede keeps dogs as pets
The Dane drinks tea
The green house is on the left of the white house
The green house owner drinks coffee
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill
The man living in the house right in the middle drinks milk
The Norwegian lives in the first house
The man who smokes Blend lives next door to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps horses lives next door to the man who smokes Dunhill
The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer
The German smokes Prince
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house
The man who smokes Blend has a neighbor who drinks water
With these 15 clues the problem is solvable.

I'm going to seem like a lazy ass jerk but ...I couldn't choose someone for featured author. We have so many great writers in this group that I was having trouble narrowing it down to one person.
